Lopez Performs Russian Music in Conjunction with Museum’s Soviet Poster Show

It was a multi-textured evening of Russian culture at the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Museum of Art recently.
Beckwith Artist-in-Residence George Lopez performed The Soul of Russia, a concert held in conjunction with the exhibition
The program included works by Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Rachmaninov, and Shostakovich. In this clip, Lopez performs the first movement of Modest Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, the Promenade.
